Thermostat default setting aftr reboot

Describe the bug
After power cycle smart thermostat temperature is set to 19. Is it possible to define the default value after device restart?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior including the device the issue was observed with:
Turn off thermostat an turn on again

Expected behavior
Last temperature set souls be kept or default setting should be allowed to be configured
