Add new device not possible and error "subscription ... has expired"

Hi

I want to add a new device to local tuya integration.

But there is no local key

so I looked into the IOT development plattform in my project to see the local key there. My device I found

But in the device detail there is an error

So I did not know, is the doorbell supported and an issue there, or is the permission the reason or have I done an error?
