Sip and Pufff Thresholds

Sip and Puff Thresholds need to be investigated to see what makes the most sense (what are realistic levels here?). Also would it be better to have a smaller number of selectable threshold "levels" to make it easier to adjust? Such as having 10 levels that scale from 1-100, so someone does not have to press increase 100 times to get the maximum level.
