Long time-based sip and puff inputs are difficult for some users. Would be nice to have an alternate way for these users to access the menu independently.

->Add an endpoint to the Serial API that activates the Hub Menu.

It should then be possible for the user to have a small shortcut / script / executable on their computer that opens a serial port and sends the necessary command.
