About the RuntimeException occured during running R-CPATMiner on part of the top-1000 dl projects.

Hello, I am interested in this research work, and attempt to run this tool on the top-1000 python dl projects. However, a problem appears while running AtomicASTChangeMining.jar on 40+ of these projects, while others are successfully terminated. Specifically, an exception occures, that is, "Exception in thread "pool-2-thread-1" java.lang.RuntimeException: ERROR in getting the only output node!!!". I don't know if this exception should appear or not for these projects, and if yes, I wonder which condition is not met to cause the exception?
