HW4 updates

Dear Mike,

Since plunker won't support image uploading, I edited my webpage from my local files. But it seems that there is some problem with my github and I can't make a pull request. Thus, I made a de-image version of my homework in my plunker, and the link is as follows:

I will try to fix my github and make a formal pull request for my updated HW4.

Could I upload image on gist? I thought gist and plunker would give out the same result.

gist is just a repo! you can git add any file you like…

It might be worth your time to make a gist of it (it would then render
through bl.ocks.org) but it might be time better spent on your project.

I like d3tip quite a bit. It's a nice addition and a simple library that
‘just works’ almost all the time.

I tried to clone and update my-gist through terminal, but it turned out that the commit and push step always failed to upload my local files. (T^T) I only added my html, css and js file to the following link: https://gist.github.com/e064ce6d1448ed52721b.git
