Any way to use new instafel menu in old versions

Is there any way to use new instafel menu with older versions, as there is no way to use dev options in older versions and latest build always have bugs like follow btn not hiding, etc.

Also, resizing stories pog is also removed in 419 version. So, that's why asking.
