GitHub has introduced a new method for adding sub-issues to an issue (see link). Currently, the smoke testing script generates testing sub-issues as a list. It would be beneficial to utilise the new GitHub sub-issue feature instead of a list. This issue is to investigate the potential improvement of implementing that.
