省市区Json

本开源项目基于China_Province_City进行修改完善

修改内容

• 补充香港、澳门、台湾的二级和三级区域信息

• 补充中山市、东莞市、儋州市、嘉峪关市没有县级区域而使用镇级区域代替

• 补充三沙市的三个岛屿（西沙群岛、中沙群岛、南沙群岛）

• 新增深圳市的新区（坪山区、光明区、龙华区、大鹏区）

• 新增株洲市的一个新区（云龙示范区）

• 新增长春市的几个新区和经济开发区，具体可见长春市人民政府

• 上海市的崇明县纠正为崇明区

• 莱芜市已经划分给济南市成为莱芜区

• 补充一个济南市的高新技术产业开发区

• 补充一个成都市的天府区

关于排名

• 直辖市排名靠前（北京，上海，天津，重庆）

• 省份按照 2018 GDP 进行排名，自治区和收复领土排名靠后
