Event type dictionary

Add a normalised event type column following our custom taxonomy. This should be done at the normalisation step for each source.

Use this table to link event type name to custom event code. We should keep both columns

About this issue , you want to add a Normalised_Event_Type column on step mid_2 during the flattening process that will read the Standard Event_Type column that derives from raw data eg

glide: FL gdacs: EQ disaster_charter: Flood emdat: Drought idmc: Disaster cerf: Displacement ifrc: Transport Accident and process the 'Event_Type' column for each dataset using the dictionary from event_code_table and use the first column of the dictionary and compare it again the Event_Type column and then store the name that matches based on the dictionary to the new extra column ?

we need to update the dictionary , as there are a lot for example on disaster-charter that are not included and the solution can be either to keep them empty , or use the ones from the source column
