Remove list data format from DataFrame

During normalisation, most columns are exported containing a list. It would be better to have data stored directly (as float, string or datetime), except if the raw source already contained a list in some of its columns

I've removed list data from data frames of data_mid_1 and data_mid_2 , only the ones that came from raw exist now, I'm not resoliving the issue until you test it and happy with the work
