Customizing Your Own Demo

Using the viewer/populate_demo.py script, you can create a custom version of MetagenomeScope's viewer interface with a demo equipped to show off any list of .db files you have available.

As with the preprocessing script, you can pass the -h option to viewer/populate_demo.py to show a help message describing each option available in the script.
