QueueMemberEvent add method getPausedReason(). #198

There is a important missing method : getPausedReason() on QueueMemberEvent class.

Follow example :
/**
* Returns key: 'PausedReason'.
*
* @return string
*/
public function getPausedReason()
{
return $this->getKey('PausedReason');
}
