Support foundry remappings context

I have checked the following:

• I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

Problem

Soldeer doesn't yet handle or add remappings context when managing remappings (feature added a long time ago apparently).

It should probably make and effort to handle this better or maybe even add a src: context by default (which should be controllable with a config item).
