cfspeedtest crashes on endpoint refresh

The problem

The cfspeedtest CLI creates an error when the endpoint is refreshed, which may become an issue if multiple requests are made at once (I will test this further later). When it errors out, a null report is generated.

Stack trace

I will get a chance to add one later, but it should be fairly reproducible.
