V1.5.2: JNet covers almost full Java SE 11 API surface

This release intoduces many changes mainly in JNet and JNetReflector areas:

• JNet:
  • Adds more or less 3400 new classes: these new classes are generated using JNetReflector and covers the Java SE 11 API surface (see usageReflector.md)
  • Review of the previous available classes to conform to newly generated classes (from JNetReflector update and added Java 11 reflected classes #131: the changes can have impact on current JNet users due to changes in some namespaces needed from name clash between classes and namespaces)
  • Upgrades JCOBridge to version 2.5.3
  • Known issues or limitations:
    • many listeners, or callbacks, are not available yet: see Create the classes of Listener/Adapter and so on #137
    • some operators not works in the right way: see Some operators does not cast to the right destination type #143
    • generics are still in progress: see Add generics generation in JNetReflector #142
• JNet Templates: updates to conform to changes of JNet and JCOBridge version upgrade
• JNetCLI: updates to conform to changes on JNet
• JNetPS: updates to conform to changes on JNet
• JNetPSCore: updates to conform to changes on JNet
• JNetReflector:
  • Many new command line switch (see usageReflector.md)
  • Classes can be found in both Jars and modules
  • Manages interface cast: the tool adds C# operator which casts to the implemented interfaces
  • Manages Javadoc URL based on the version of the javadoc the corresponding docs were generated
  • Generics are still not completely reflected, only defining class till now: see Add generics generation in JNetReflector #142
• Documentation: many updates from above changes
