What is "Gaming Spoofers", How does KMS38 works without GatherOSState in the new version, and can "KMS99" be made?

Exactly as it's titled. I have three questions:

1. MAS 1.7 mentions "Gaming Spoofers" in the update for the troubleshooter. As i won't want to shave off TBW SSD (and of course precious time) for the sake of experiment, just want to ask.
2. KMS38 is said to use GatherOSState. With GatherOSState being phased out in the new 1.7 version, how will it work in the new version?
3. Can "KMS99" which extend to 2099 (or beyond!) is possible to code? Because as in 2015 newer PCs almost exclusively ran on x64 and especially Windows 11 has no more x86 version, the year 2038 shouldn't be an issue anymore.

Previously i use Dumpster's hwid.kms38.gen.mk6 from a now defunct Reddit and forum thread and used it without any issues (not even malware) since 2019. Then i came across to this with more clearer documentations on what it did. And i move on to use this (at least the 1.6 version) earlier this month. It works without issue as well though i prefer to use KMS38 (for Office i still use 2007 Enterprise which has only offline cd-key and can be installed and activated completely offline with the cd-key) due to ability to use offline deployment and usage on legacy systems.

1- Many gaming spoofers/unban software destroy the system's capability to activate in order to work. To solve this issue, MAS's Activation Troubleshoot section has the option to fix it.

2- KMS38 now use universal ticket for activation. Here is the info on how you can create the ticket.

3- 2038 Year limitation is caused by Y2K38 problem. It's not related to x64/x86.

Understood:

1. Well it's basically made for cheaters or used hardware buyers to bypass hwid bans implemented in games like Call of Duty or Valorant. I'm not playing those kind of games so it's not a concern for me.
2. Well at least still works even if i didn't really understood it.
3. Though i interpret as how x86 has numeric limitation that basically caps to 2038 while x64 numeric limitation is basically up to unthinkably high cap, it's still like 16 years left. A long time like back in my age it's DOS to Vista. Not much of a concern since for average PC lifetime is basically from 5-10 years.

The 2038 limit is due to gatherosstate being dumb, not due to 2038 being a limit in Windows's KMS activation. KMS (non-38) activation and HWID will both work well into the future if that's what you need.
