Introduce fuel system to balance player movement and add recoil-based movement when fuel is depleted #9

Currently, players can move freely without any consequences, which may lead to imbalance in gameplay. To address this, maybe introduce a fuel system that limits how a player can move around.

Proposed Solution:

  • Add a fuel system that depletes as the player moves.
  • When fuel runs out, the player can only move by using the recoil produced when firing bullets.
  • Movement returns to normal once a player finds and refills their fuel source.

Gameplay Impact:

  • Encourages resource management and strategic movement.
  • Adds challenge and variety, especially in low-fuel situations.

Additional Considerations:

  • UI indicators for fuel levels and refill prompts.
  • Adjust the balance for how much movement is possible with bullet recoil only.
  • Test and refine fuel consumption rates and refill locations.
