Inbound screen issue

There is a couple place(inbound) that things get repeated on, and a submit button that doesnt work after apply theme

and then the submit button is when your go to admin utils > bulk admin tools > bulk delete users..... does not actually submit any data, it just sits there when u click it

and the inbound menu option doesnt show sub menus
