Additions to the File menu entry

• the projects merging plugin

All of which are currently living in the https://github.com/mastodon-sc/mastodon-tomancak repo.

It wouidn't be bad to move the new File menu items to the up section, that is among the other Project-related menu items....

But the menu ordering is given by the order at which plugins are discovered and are registering their items.

To achieve the above, I think we would need to make the two dialogs (and the code behind them) part of the main Mastodon code base (not really excited about), or make Mastodon depend on the plugin (definitly a wrong direction...). So we probably leave it as it is... or come up with "priorities for menu item position"
