option to use -batch

I think it's inefficient to have to open a MATLAB instance for this MCP to work; it would be great to have at least the option to use the -batch flag in Linux to run MATLAB code.

Similarly to the way the MATLAB extension for VSCode works, it would be convenient to have a "no desktop" mode, and possibly an additional tool to start the desktop for certain operations in MATLAB (such as opening a live script, or viewing variables in the workspace).
