Update/Add Matlab Skills in Claude Scientific Skills

Hi, we have a very popular repo for 140+ scientific focused skills with over 5k stars. It would be great if you can contribute your skills there. It makes them a lot more accessible. We already have Matlab skill and would love for you to update it as you see fit. We want creators of the various tools to update the skills as they are the most knowledgable and qualified to do so.
