Remove prefix from display of results

In Matomo 3 the results were easier to read, and less cluttered.

A user writes: "The plugin that shows campaign details in the visitor log now displays "campaign" in front of each attribute ie campaign name, campaign medium, campaign keyword etc. This makes the page more cluttered and harder to read (in my opinion) than simply stating name, medium, keyword etc, as it used to before Matomo 4."
