Download darkula.tmTheme and modify the RGB color value of Function name (like #FFD155).
darkula.tmTheme
Function name
#FFD155
Extract (with 7-zip) the /path/to/Packages/Color Scheme - Default.sublime-package and add darkula.tmThemefile to the directory.
/path/to/Packages/Color Scheme - Default.sublime-package
Zip again with the same name.
On the Sublime Text menu, go to Tools -> Command Palette and type UI: Select Color Scheme and select darkula.
UI: Select Color Scheme
darkula
Now function names should have the color you've just set.
