Users cannot login after container restart

I'm hosting Focalboard as a standalone container on an Ubuntu server. This morning my users could not log in. Upon shelling into the container, I noticed /data/focalboard.db. Upon inspecting it, the users are present in the database. I suppose there might be a way to fix a configuration so that the web application can access the database, but I am not seeing it.
