Move rendered documents out of main repo directory

If rendered version is identical to that produced by knitr/pandoc, no version should exist within the repo

If rendered version differs due to manual modifications, they should exist separately (e.g. in a "rendered" directory, so that all pure md versions, and html/docx versions are separate from the original Rmd/md sources)
