Can You Add An Option To Convert A .png File To A .uasset File

.uasset is an asset, not an image. so, it's impossible to convert png to uasset.
Texture data is just one of the properties that uasset files contain.
What UE4 DDS Tools can do is only replace texture data.

Can Be Used In Latest Fortnite Modding For Texture Modding?

v0.6.0 already supports fortnite (UE5.4). Idk how to repack modded assets tho.

And Also add A .uasset to psk tool converter

Use FModel.

Fmodel can read repacked .pak.
If it can't read it, it should be an issue of fmodel or u4pak.

Theoretically possible but I don't plan to work on it.
