[Feature request] More options when adding new series

1. Option to select to start at which chapter instead of configuring after the series is added
2. Option to add language/source tag or edit series name to accommodate for downloading multiple instance of series with different languages

2. I have to think how to handle multiple series with different languages, since the filename convention should be different. Let me sit on this.

I just come here to create simillar request as 1.

For example i have Berserk manga downloaded and i want Kaizoku to Monitor/Downlaod only from chapters 383 and up

It would be rly awesome to have option during adding series to Kaizoku
