Optimize the timing for loading tools

Claude Skills features progressive disclosure, but you are loading all the scripts at the beginning in Langchain, which does not meet the requirements of context engineering.

thanks for the feedback!
This is a known point, the lazy loading for scripts has not been fully implemented yet.
Scripts are loaded eagerly to maintain compatibility with the scripts feature.
will prioritize it in the roadmap accordingly.
