FPS Limiter Doesn't work in Sludge Madness #7

Describe the bug
When in Sludge Madness raid, my FPS is higher than what my limit is set to where it works in other raids so far I've been in.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Sludge Madness
- Set settings to limit FPS
- See FPS higher than limit
Expected behavior
FPS should be limited to limiter like everywhere else
