HR Dashboard Project

About the Project

This project focuses on analyzing and visualizing employee data using a Power BI dashboard. It provides insights into workforce demographics, service years, performance metrics, and more, enabling HR departments to make informed decisions.


Objectives

  1. Visualize employee demographics and performance metrics for data-driven decision-making.
  2. Identify trends in employee tenure, age distribution, and hiring/termination patterns.
  3. Support HR teams in improving employee retention and development.

Total Workforce Overview

  • Total Employees: 8,950.
  • Gender Distribution: 54% Male, 46% Female.

Service Years Distribution

  • Most employees have 1-2 years of service.
  • Employees with less than 3 years show higher turnover rates.

Performance and Termination Trends

  • "Good" performers experience the highest termination rates.
  • "Needs Improvement" employees have lower termination rates.

Age Group Distribution

  • Largest group: 25–44 years.
  • Young employees (18–24 years) are underrepresented.
