Vehicle overview deployment start time is using last mission start time instead

Describe the bug
The deployment start time should be the time since the start of the deployment, with the currently running mission showing time since the start of the mission. Unless the current mission is the first mission of the deployment, these times are certainly different. Instead the times are the same.
