[BUG] Rotate speed is slow in FoundryVTT v13

Hi again! Just transfered to v13 Foundry, and found one bad thing - rotation speed is slow in all directions (if we are using horizontal rotation), besides, dnd system using new feature with changing core movement speed.

Foundry version: 13.347
Module version: 3.28.2

Hi! Come back to make sure, thats a bug, not usual functionality. So, i would add enhancment, to add a setting for changing rotration speed, for horizontal and top down variants

Oh my god, I forgot to reply, sorry!
Foundry V13 made changes to the animation workflow and that's why that feature was removed from the module. I'll try looking into alternatives to speed it up.
