Problems from the Problemset are handled properly - you need to type problem name (like 1234A), or just a letter, when your current working directory is contest id (e.g. if you are in Codeforces/contest/1234, you can just type A). It would be great if one could submit problems from the Gym too.

So basically you should recognize if a user is submitting problem from the Problemset or from the Gym and handle the submission.
