I updated my install to the newest version (0.11.0), I adapted the config file to activate subscription features.
On the desktop standardnotes apps, it works, I have access to themes, different types of notes and so on.
On the android app, it does not work. I don't have access to any of the subscription features.
I tried disconnect, update the app, reinstall the app ... nothing seems to work.

There are some issues with the subscriptions/features due to unknown behavior of the client application:
It seems there is a breaking API change too (tested with the web client 3.172.4).

I didn't find how to activate the self-hosted subscription (https://standardnotes.com/help/self-hosting/docker) even by following each steps) so I can't see what changed.
I think they say you need to buy offline license and then update the database on your server. https://standardnotes.com/help/self-hosting/subscriptions
It possible to do the same using this server?
