Better User Visibility and Permission Management

Please provide a concise description of the problem that would be addressed by this feature.

I want to give access to Mealie to others than just myself. I am trying to understand how groups, households, and the likes mean for internal visibility and edit rights. I also wanted to find out if I can filter the recipes by "created by" so I dont see others recipes if I dont want to.
Finally I would like to share all recipes in a way that only my girlfriend has write access to all our recipes, but the rest of the users, i.e. my wider family, can see all our recipes but not change them. Then if other users create nice recipes I would like to copy them an change them to my needs
I didn't find anything in the app nor in the documentation on this. I the FAQ and Permissions pages I found only talk about external sharing; neither did I find a "created by" filter in the app, nor a "make a copy" button. In short, I dont understand how to use permissions, now that I want to use the mealie the first time in a multi-user-setup within the family. I am worried about others editing my recipes, about not finding my recipes or finding other user's recipes.

Please provide a concise description of the feature that would resolve your issue.

I would love a bit more detailed documentation page on sharing .... apologies if I missed some page beyond the two doc pages I found on this topic. Can GPT create a semi decent version very quickly with some knowledge from an expert. I am happy to be a guinea pig.

As with the other features I mentioned: Copy recipes, filter by users or groups, or similar. They should either be easy to add. Or I did not find them. Or I dont correctly understand the current workflow.

There are not tradeoffs I am aware off.
