Properly scrap ingredients or remove 1

Please provide a concise description of the problem that would be addressed by this feature.

When scraping recipes, mealie does a great job of filling ingredients but it doesn't use the units, instead of types it as a note. This isn't a major issue, but putting a 1 before each one is confusing and annoying.

For example, if it scraped 1 cup of milk, instead of using 1, cup, milk, it will do 1 1 Cup of Milk.

Please provide a concise description of the feature that would resolve your issue.

Either use proper units, or remove the leading 1
