What does "Optional sticky header line" mean?

VSCode 1.85.1, Rainbow CSV 3.11.0, ubuntu 20.02
What is the feature description: "Optional sticky header line." ?
It sounds like what I want, but it is enabled but doesn't do what I want.
What I want is to import a CSV file with headers "date", "time", and "temperature", I query it, but the results won't have a header, so I then click on the Query button again and it will put in the headers but they are "a1", "a2", "a3" and what I want is the header to be the original headers "date", "time", and "temperature".

I found my issue, the header line does not end with a comma however all of the data lines do end with a comma. When I add a trailing comma to the end of the headers then I do get what I want.
