Found CPE information in the configurations field of the response when querying for CVE info.

This page explains the "configurations", and points to the CPE standard
https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/vulnerability-detail-pages

CPE was originally handled by MITRE, but was handed over to NIST
https://cpe.mitre.org/

Can use this site to look up CPE information. It relates to individual software versions.
