Comments
please feel free to share you app ideas, feedback, questions |
tell me which app you want to work on, i'll create a separate issue with the bounty for it as a starting point |
From what I understood, this issue is the correct place to put your app ideas, so here's mine: StudyPalWhat is it?An AI agent to help students study anything. Initial Features
Some Features For The Future

hey @LorenzoBloedow, great proposal, I'd recommend making it even more narrow to get started, let's talk in more detail on discord |
I have an idea as well: FileFlow:Let’s be real. Our Downloads folder is a chaotic wasteland. Files named final_v3(2).zip, screenshot_3429034.png, and document(1).pdf haunt us daily. But what if you had an AI assistant that kept everything neat and where it actually belongs? Enter FileFlow: Your AI-powered file organizer that keeps your workspace tidy while you work, code, create, or design. How it saves your sanity: 📂 Auto-Open Essential Folders – Your workflow stays smooth as butter. The moment your workday begins, FileFlow automatically opens the folders you actually need—your repos, studies folder, temp folders, recordings, brand assets—you name it. Basically, you’ll never have to manually clean your downloads (or downloadsOldBackup(4) ) folder again. Ever. 😄 |
I think there should be a pipe for automating the scheduling task, imagine this situation on a meeting someone said "do that at 3 am" or in ocr someone mentioned "do this at 4am" screenpipe recorded these context, now we can use it to feed ai and send desktop notification before the scheduled task time about to arrive. it'll like a reminder but automated reminder that doesn't need to schedule any task manually. we can achieve this functionality by using custom events (I guess?). I know it can't be that accurate but personally I want something like this that will let me remember what the next thing I had to do. it just a rough idea right now. I'll come up with a better plan for this. |

how is it related to screenpipe? |
resume optimizer is just another 'pipe' in the Screenpipe ecosystem. Screenpipe lets you build small, focused apps that run directly on your desktop, keeping everything local and secure. So this tool uses the same underlying system—leveraging AI and local data processing—to help users create better, tailored resumes and cover letters. It’s all about extending Screenpipe’s capabilities to make your work-life easier. |
@Shashwat-srivastav nice, so the use case is to update an existing resume, CV, or create a new one? |
it is like you have to submit your resume or CV and the job description for which you are applying and this app will return the resume optimised with the content relevant to that specific job description. |
makes sense, i guess from the screenpipe perspective we should target use
cases that leverages the desktop history, that's the crucial part other
apps don't have
