when loading waterfalls from FITS archives, duration is assumed to be in seconds and the unit field is ignored #2

At the moment the gui assumes the duration and time unit in the burst archive are in seconds, so there are a lot of hardcoded conversions from seconds to ms in the gui. I haven't seen an archive that has that field set to milliseconds but it might happen. So the way forward would be to either infer the conversion from the units stated by the archive or get the user to rewrite the archive so that the duration field is in seconds
