Nsq doesn't listen the request from gateway

launching a vm in UI, nsq doesn't listen the request from gateway vertice is running but is not responding.

once again stop start the vertice then only its respond.

This happens intermittently. We need to trap when it happens

This happens when nsq is down, and vertice is running, we hit this problem. This is due to the fact that vertice- subdaemon fails to connect to nsq and remains that way.

We need to write an informer that tells the sub daemons to reconnect automatically.

Temporary is fix is make nsq up, then stop/start nsqd
