[Feature Request] Automatic Categorization Import Rules #69

Setup a simple dialog where users can input automatic categorization import rules.

Requirements:

The rules are applied after normal processing (firesheet format)
A rule allows to check different columns for matching with the value
A rule allows different conditions "contains", "startsWith", "regex", etc.
