Issues loading libdl.so on some Linux distros

On newer releases of some Linux distros (namely Arch), libdl can no longer be loaded correctly, so any library relying on this fails to load (including Veldrid).

I believe a fix for this issue has been found, although I am not the one who found it, however I believe the libdl.so needs to be renamed to libdl.so.2.

I've linked this issue to them so hopefully they can explain the issue a bit better if necessary.
