Existing Feature

Right now, whenever someone tracks the pixel and finds the domain name where the pixel is set up on a white-labeled setup. There is footer that says:

Built and Maintained by Merchant Protocol | Version 0.0.6 | Need Help? Go to the Support Portal

This leads to the MerchantProtocol website along with this GitHub discussion. And ruins the purpose of the white label since clients go & dig deeper and find you guys directly, out of curious to know the tech stack.

If you can create awareness for reporting bugs in the Circle community/Help section/Notion section. That will help us understand the report bugging ways and other ways of communication.

This will also safeguard the sales effort and mitigate the risk of clients directly coming to you.

Improvement Brief:
Please remove the footer, or give us the option to white-label this section as per our own requirement. We can probably point the user to Terms & Conditions/Opt-Out pages.

Expectations:
List the exact expectations that need to be accomplished with this feature:

  • Safe-guard white label resellers
  • Provide complete 100% white label solution
  • Establish better way of educating all the ads lab members to report bugs, features and suggestions
  • Discussion specific to development suggestion should be restricted to super admin, and admin who are purchasing white label and have first hand experience with the platform
