No folder appears when selecting "add library" exept one

Describe the bug
When adding library one folder is visible - "desktop"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'SLM'
2. Click on 'Library'
3. Click on 'Create Library'
4. Click on 'Choose path'
5. See error

Windows 11 Home, latest updates installed, steam too
