Add Uncompact to right-click menu in Library

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

To uncompact a game, I have to:

1. Stop Task manager
2. right-click -> compact the game
3. uncheck compress in task manager
4. start task manager

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to just:

1. right-click -> uncompact
2. (optional) start task manager
