No scrolling page function

Hello,
on your web page you list in Improvements
graphics processing of sorting and filtering records
button for scrolling page up (top of a page, to top of the table, ...)
I do not seem to find (or enable) this page scrolling button.
What am I missing to do so?
Do I have to enable anything?
