Multibyte hash support

Latest 2.3.5 version of meshcore-py supports multibyte hash.
Request to implement this.

Yeah we should support this, the SDK already handles multibyte hashes as of v2.3.5, we just need some minor updates on the integration side. Mainly updating the RX_LOG parsing in utils.py to extract the hash mode from the path byte instead of assuming 1-byte hashes, and probably updating our firmware command mapping. Should be pretty straightforward.
