Currently, meshcore-ha will mark a node as stale if there has been no advertisement for more than 12 hours.
However, many repeaters will only send an advertisement every 24 hours, so they keep flickering between stale and fresh in meshcore-ha.
It would be nice, if the 12h threshold would be configurable, to avoid this flickering.
